What you will do
Architect & Build: In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of services that handle diverse workloads, including data ingestion, AI processing, and user management. You will also develop secured robust, scalable solutions for storing and querying unstructured data, such as meeting transcripts, ensuring the system can efficiently manage large volumes of information.
Drive AI Integration: You will develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to generate context-aware insights, and optimized and deploy generative AI solutions that power advanced analytics and recommendations. This involves selecting the right architectures, leveraging AI frameworks, and ensuring all models are seamlessly integrated into the larger platform.
Ownership & Impact: You will take the lead in scoping, planning, and delivering product features under tight deadlines, demonstrating a "startup grit" mindset when necessary to meet ambitious objectives. By mentoring junior developers and upholding high coding and architectural standards, you will play a key role in shaping the product's direction and overall success.
Our tech stack
TypeScript with Next.js – Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade applications
Golang – At least 4 years of development experience, including building scalable backend services
Python – 4 years of experience, with strong skills backend frameworks and AI
Architecture & Design – Practical experience implementing microservices architecture and applied knowledge of software design patterns
Cloud Deployment – Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (or other major cloud providers)
Proficiency with Github for collaborative development and code management
API Development – Experience working with both gRPC and RESTful APIs
Flutter (Bonus) – Experience building mobile applications using Flutter is a plus
