Our vision is to free sales reps from tedious documentation and repetitive follow-ups so they can focus on what truly drives revenue: storytelling and building genuine relationships with clients. To achieve this, Nexus first learns each company’s unique sales process. In May 2025, we launched our meeting tool to sit in on sales calls, studying how top performers sell. With this understanding, our AI begins automating follow-ups, qualifying leads, and handling busywork — enabling salespeople to unlock their peak potential!

What you will do
Own the end-to-end UI/UX design for our web app and native desktop applications (macOS and Windows).
Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
Develop and refine user interfaces using tools like Figma and maintain cohesive experiences through robust design systems.
Conduct user research, usability tests, and leverage insights to iterate and improve the user experience continuously.
Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design while staying scrappy and resourceful in a fast-moving startup environment.
Shape and evolve Nexus's visual identity and user experience across every interaction point, including our social media presence and brand touchpoints.
Our tech stack
3–5 years of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing your impact across web and desktop applications.
Experience designing intuitive interfaces for complex software products, preferably with exposure to AI-driven tools.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, along with familiarity using and evolving design systems.
Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into your designs.
A bold and experimental mindset—you're eager to challenge the status quo and propose innovative ideas.
A proactive, self-starter attitude; you don't wait for instructions, you spot opportunities and dive in.
Comfort working cross-functionally, clearly articulating design decisions, and incorporating feedback thoughtfully.
Bonus points for web development experience, demonstrating your ability to bring designs to life directly.
